Dill

From Lithuania to Laos, the leaves and seeds of dill are a vital ingredient for salads, pickles, yoghurt dishes, and of course cucumber. The blue-green feathery leaves contrast well with salvias and dahlias, while the yellow umbrella flowers attract beneficial insects to fruit trees and vegetables.
