90 day member satisfaction guarantee

Plants travel well in the post, but occasionally the leaves of some plants may sometimes turn slightly yellow due to lack of light for extended periods. If this happens, a light watering of seaweed solution will usually restore the plant back to full health. 

If within 90 days, live plants are not performing as expected, please contact us either via phone on (03) 5984 7900, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEDT, or via email on info@diggers.com.au and where possible, provide us with photos of your plants. These photos can help us to assist as much as possible with guidance on helping your plants recover and thrive, but know that when needed, we will provide a replacement or credit under our 90 day member satisfaction guarantee.

Please note our policy on living product covers only those selected for your appropriate climate zone and where enclosed instructions have been followed.

If your order is damaged in the post, please contact us immediately and we will replace any damaged items.

Ordering

Orders can be placed online at our secure website, using the order form in our magazines, or by phone during business hours (9am–5pm, Monday–Friday). Please do not send credit card details by email, as this is not a secure method for payment.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Please note that a 1% surcharge applies to card payments.

If sending in an order via the mail, please enclose a money order or cheque only, and do not send cash. If the order total has been miscalculated on your order form, we will contact you, or you can authorise us to make minor adjustments. The Diggers Club reserves the right to pass on dishonour fees as a result of decline of payment.

Despatch times

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, orders will be despatched within five working days (delays may be experienced in TAS, WA and NT orders due to quarantine requirements).

Seasonal items such as Speedings, bare root roses, bulbs and potatoes will be sent separately as soon as the season permits.

Delivery by post

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order has been despatched. If your parcel is larger than a standard envelope, Australia Post will email you an eParcel tracking number, which can take 24 hours to be registered on the eParcel website - please note that tracking numbers are not supplied for seed only orders.

Back orders

The Diggers Club does not take back orders. If an item you like is out of stock, please click the ‘notify me’ button and you will be emailed as soon as it becomes available.

If an item goes out of stock after you have already placed an order, you will receive a credit for that amount. If an item in your order is delayed, we will advise you of the delay and send that item at no extra charge.

Privacy

Your confidential details are important and we will not pass them on to another company other than our mailing house for magazine delivery. Please visit diggers.com.au/privacy to access our privacy policy.

Diggers gift vouchers - 2 types of gift vouchers

The Diggers Club offers 2 types of gift vouchers -‘Diggers Gift Card’ can be redeemed online only and‘Diggers Gift Vouchers’ which can be redeemed in our retail stores, in our café and restaurant and for mail-order. The Diggers Club accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping.

Expiry Date

Gift Cards and Vouchers must be used within 3 years from date of purchase. Expired Cards and Vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of The Diggers Club.

Diggers online gift card

‘Diggers Online Gift Cards’ can only be redeemed online through the website diggers.com.au. Gift Cards can be used to purchase any products online. To use the Gift Card, you will need to register for an account in the checkout, and enter in the unique gift card code on the payment page.

Gift Cards can only be purchased online and the Gift Card code will be sent via email to the email address used in checkout. Please ensure that the correct email address is entered at time of purchase as The Diggers Club cannot be held responsible for any Gift Cards where the incorrect email address was entered at the time of purchase. Please treat gift cards like cash.

Diggers gift voucher

Diggers Gift Vouchers’ are a paper voucher and can only be redeemed in any of our garden shops. Please treat gift vouchers like cash. If a Diggers Club Gift Voucher is received and subsequently lost, we are unable to replace it.  Please ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at time of purchase. The Diggers Club cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, missing or delayed Gift Vouchers where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
 

Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of all content, including the brand name, logos and trademarks remain the property of The Diggers Club and are protected by copyright laws. 

You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website or in publications like the member magazine without prior consent.
