Romantic cottage garden flowers that are highly fragrant and easy to grow, Sweet Peas bring both colour and scent to the garden in spring and summer. Rambling plants best suited to growing up a trellis or frame, cut flowers as they appear to create a highly fragrant cut-flower arrangement. Traditionally sown on St Patrick's Day (March 17), sow anytime in autumn for flowering in early spring (21 weeks) or sow in spring for flowering in summer (12 weeks).
