Salvia 'Magenta Magic'
A tough and reliable performer that will produce a succession of bee attracting magenta flowers held prominently above mid green foliage for up to eight months providing a deep, rich contrast in the garden. Bred in Australia for our climate, this is a great choice to provide long-lasting colour in the garden.
Plant in full sun or part shade in free-draining soil. Drought-tolerant once established, plants cope well with both heat and dryness. Plants benefit from regular trimming while young to encourage and develop a compact habit. Deadheading will induce repeat flowering from spring through to autumn. Cut back hard after flowering period ends in winter to allow for fresh spring growth.
