How to grow
Sow seed to a depth of 2.5cm in a well prepared soil or premium potting mix. Seed should germinate within 7-14 days. Water regularly. Sow new seed every 3 weeks to extend your season. Harvest when plump and blanch and freeze to preserve for use throughout the year - or better yet, serve them fresh from garden to table.
