How to grow
Sow in spring after the last frost, once the soil has warmed, through to early summer in cooler regions. Choose a sunny position with well-drained soil, free from weeds. Scatter seeds thinly over prepared soil, lightly rake in to a depth of approximately 5 mm and water gently. Keep moist until germination, then water regularly while plants establish. Thin overcrowded seedlings to allow room for growth. Deadhead spent flowers and pick blooms regularly to encourage continued flowering throughout summer. Allow some flowers to set seed for natural regeneration.
