How to grow
Sow seeds thinly into well-prepared, moist soil in a sunny to partly shaded position. Cover lightly with soil and keep consistently moist until germination. Thin seedlings if overcrowded to allow healthy growth. Begin harvesting when leaves reach 8–12 cm tall, cutting approximately 3–5 cm above soil level, ensuring the growing points remain intact for regrowth. Harvest regularly to encourage fresh, tender leaves and repeat sow every 2–3 weeks for a continuous supply. Protect from extreme heat to prevent bolting and maintain leaf quality.
