Clematis 'Belle of Taranaki'
Double blue flowers 15cms across on a 2 metre deciduous vine. Flowers spring to autumn. Flowers on both previous season’s growth and new seasons growth.
They generally like a light prune in winter to take growth back to strong set of buds. After first flowering a good prune will get the plants ready for summer flowering. It thrives in well drained, fertile soils with neutral to slightly acidic PH and prefers locations with good light exposure. avoid root disturbance when planting.
