Fresh sprouts. Fast harvests. Healthy living made easy.

How to grow

Put enough seeds in the jar to coat the base in one layer. Soak the seeds in water overnight, then drain and rinse the seeds. Leave the jar upside down to drain fully in a bright location, but not in full sun. This can cause the sprouting seeds to turn mouldy if they get too humid. Rinse and drain the seeds twice a day until the sprouts are large enough to eat. They can then be stored in the fridge.
