Bean 'Marvel of Venice' (Organic)
An heirloom Italian wax bean known for its delicious flavour and vigorous growth. It produces long, flat, golden-yellow Romano-type pods, 20–23 cm in length, packed with flavour. The seeds are strikingly black, adding to its ornamental appeal. Perfect for arches, trellises or fences, this variety is easy to grow and brings both beauty and bounty to your edible garden.
Beans are fast growing annuals should be direct sown or planted out after all risk of frost has passed. Pick daily for highest yields. Well drained, pH neutral to alkaline soil is ideal, as is the addition of potassium and blood and bone at planting. Mulch around your beans thoroughly as they are shallow rooted and are easily damaged with close cultivation.
