1. Pour a thin layer of sprout seeds in your container or jar. Only just cover the base. 2. Half-fill the jar with water and leave to stand for 24 hours. Cover with muslin cloth and secure with an elastic band. 3. Drain and rinse again. Leave in a bright position inside, away from direct sunlight. 4. Rinse twice a day, morning and night, shaking seed to turn it over in the jar. 5. Continue for 5–7 days and harvest.
