Tomato 'Principe Borghese'
A dwarf Italian heirloom popular as a sundried tomato, due to its low sugar, seed, and moisture content, which also makes it suitable for preserving and sauces. Fruit holds well on the vine to ripen in the sun producing a full flavour with a sharp twist. Ripening all at once to make it even easier to batch process (get them all done at once), Simply slice in half and sun dry, oven dry or dehydrate as required. Fruits in 13 weeks and yields 5 kg per plant.
