Cosmos 'Black Magic'
If you have grown Cosmos 'Chocolate 'with its particularly amazing scent, you'll want to try this new selection from New Zealand. With larger flowers but that same terrific aroma, 'Black Magic' has a neater form suited to gardens and pots. Some variation in flower colour occurs from black and brown to dark-red and burgundy. Great for cutting and perennial in frost-free environments.
How to grow
Deadhead regularly and treat as an annual in cold or frost susceptible areas. Save the seed and sow again next spring.
