Bonbon Silverbeet 'Five Colour Mix'

Silverbeet is one of the easiest and most rewarding leafy greens to grow, thriving in almost any climate and producing generously for months on end. Sow seed directly into rich, well-drained soil or in punnets for transplanting, spacing plants about 30cm apart. Keep the soil consistently moist and feed regularly with compost or liquid fertiliser to encourage lush, tender leaves. Harvest the outer leaves as needed and the plant will continue to produce fresh growth. Silverbeet tolerates both heat and cold, making it a year-round favourite for productive veggie gardens and ornamental potagers alike.
