Nerine 'Fothergilli Major' (3 Bulbs)
Nerine species have six wavy petals with the tips recurved with proud stamens. The strappy foliage can appear with or after the flowering period.
Plant in summer in a protected position in full sun and a well-drained soil enriched with aged compost and manure. Position bulbs with the tip exposed and the neck just above the soil surface. Nerines do not like mixed plantings and do not like to compete with other plants which may take over. Mulch to prevent competition and to improve soil moisture. Allow the bulbs to naturalise for maximum flowering. Best suited to cool and temperate climates. Frost tolerant.
