Hippeastrum 'Alfresco'
Hardy bulbs bred to withstand tough dry conditions, hippeastrums produce large flowers in summer on elegant long stems. Plant bulbs in a free-draining soil after all likelihood of frost has passed. Plant with the neck of the bulb at soil level in full sun or part shade. Stake at planting to avoid accidental damage to the bulb. Do not overwater. Suitable for growing in pots or well drained soils. Protect from strong winds.
