Gas Flame Wand Combo

The ultimate Flame Wand Combo - Kill weeds without chemicals using this lightweight flame wand with its Piezo auto-ignition. Ideal for killing all weeds in gravel or paved paths, patios and garden beds, the flame burns weeds at a safe distance, eliminating the need to use nasty chemicals that will poison your soils. Our gardeners use this method to control weeds at our organically certified gardens to great effect. Gas cartridges are easily available at any hardware store for around $14 each and each will last for hours, or you can use the 1.5m Extension Hose to connect directly to a 9kg gas bottle. To use: Hold the Flame over the top of the weed and wait until the leaves start to turn upwards, then move onto the next weed. You do not have to completely burn the weed to kill it. Best used with propane which burns hotter & kills weeds faster (and therefore uses less gas). Combo comes with a 1.5m hose which connects directly to a standard 9kg gas bottle. This is the most cost- effective way to use your gas weeding wand. Wand comes with 12 month warranty. Hose meets all Australian standards. Wand: 87cm long. Hose: 1.5m long.
