Trifolium pratense, Linum usitatissimum, Fagopyrum esculentum, Eruca sativaAn exclusive Cover Crop Mix designed and trialed in our production garden. Suitable for sowing year round in mild climates, or spring to late summer in frost prone areas, use to overplant and cover the bare earth between traditional rows of vegie crops, among mixed beds and to improve your soil. This mix includes red clover (a legume which holds nitrogen in the soil), flax (to add organic content back into the soil without taking too much nitrogen from the soil and surrounding plants), buckwheat (a fast-growing grain which attracts pollinators to the garden) and arugula (to act as a bio-fumigant).
