Catmint 'Walker's Low'
This classic low-growing edging or border plant is just as at home beneath old-world roses where it is an exceptional companion plant. This vigorous repeat-flowering catmint provides months of colour from spring to autumn with its beautiful mauve-blue flower spikes, drawing beneficial insects and pollinators into the garden. Its grey-green aromatic foliage is perfect for lining pathways, where the distinctive aroma of brushed foliage pervades the garden.
Prefers a full sun position in free-draining soil. Tolerant of light shade, frost and drought, this robust plant spreads rapidly in ideal conditions. Clip back after spring flowering to encourage continual blooming through summer and autumn, with regular deadheading throughout the seasons. Prune to ground level after winter dormancy to allow fresh new growth in spring.
