Serbian Bellflower

An ever-popular low maintenance evergreen, spreading ground cover with green heart-shaped fringed leaves and the prettiest of pale blue-purple star shaped flowers. Bringing colour to your garden from spring through to summer, Campanula posharskyana is extremely hardy and rewarding. The romantic profusion of flowers makes this old fashioned favourite a perfect choice for cottage gardens, rockeries and slopes, as well as hanging baskets.
How to grow

Full sun, part shade in free-draining but moist soil, benefits from supplementary watering during hot or dry weather. Cut back spent flowers to maintain tidiness and encourage continual blooms. Can be invasive through spread of underground runners in ideal conditions.
