Designed to harvest asparagus, but useful for myriad garden tasks, this specially designed asparagus knife is forged from high carbon steel for strength and durability (like all good knives) with a traditional hardwood handle for comfort. The sharp tip easily slices through the base of your asparagus spears without needing to bend, and the V-shaped cutting tip allows for accurate cutting. 80cm long.

Asparagus Knife

A unique tool for harvesting asparagus, this is the tool used by professional growers in the field. The V-Shaped head cuts spears off cleanly with minimal effort. Designed to cut each spear off below the soil surface, harvesting a large crop of asparagus couldn't be easier. But don't use this tool once a year and forget it, it can also be used to sever weeds from garden beds and planting where handing pulling is problematic. Forged from high carbon steel for durability, with a hardwood handle for comfort, this asparagus knife can also be used for harvesting cabbages and cauliflowers, or removing the top growth on beans and peas when they are past their best. 80cm long.

Orders to WA, NT and TAS require quarantine clearance. These orders are shipped weekly which may impact delivery timeframes. Please allow an additional week to receive your package.
