Now this is actually Comfrey, this is perfectly naturalized, comfrey's a great plant to grow in a whole bunch of areas in your garden, you can make great fertilizer out of it, and it's obviously a great cover crop to help suppress things and mulch the ground.

It is also a very very good compost accelerator added as one of the green components to your compost, it really accelerates that Contra compost with its high nitrogen levels.
