Easy to grow summer flowering bulbs (corms), gladiolus are popular additions to the garden where their tall vertical flower spires bring colour and excitement to the garden early in the season. Also a popular cut flower, gladiolus usually flower around 100 days from planting, which can mean year round colour in some parts of Australia.
