Salvia greggii 'Pumpkin Apricot'

A small, frost tolerant, low-maintenance salvia with apricot bicoloured flowers. Exceptionally long flowering, this salvia is unusually well suited to humid conditions as well as hot dry climates.
How to grow

A hardy salvia tolerant of poor soils and drought, Salvia greggii grows well in alkaline, free draining soils. Avoid excessive applications of fertilisers as this sage prefers a depleted soil. Plant in full sun, although tolerant of part shade in hot environments. Lightly prune in summer after flowering. Avoid heavy pruning in autumn as this could lead to plant death in frost prone areas.
