The light green skin turns pale yellow when ripe indicating it's time to sink your teeth into the juicy, sweet, white flesh. Can be used for eating fresh and for cooking. Pollinated by 'Conference', Doyenne du Comice and 'Williams'. Grafted on Pyrus rootstock.
