Cath Manuel is a Horticulturist and specialist in Therapeutic Horticulture. Through her business, Soil to Supper, she delivers educational and meaningful garden-based programs to cultivate wellbeing for people from all walks of life.
Cath has a great passion for sharing her vast knowledge and many years of experience in the Horticulture and Therapeutic Horticulture fields to encourage people of all ages and abilities to experience the joy of gardening and growing healthy food in any setting.
