Rudbeckia 'Indian Summer'

With the largest flowers of any Rudbeckia hirta cultivar, this spectacular daisy bears flowers up to 15cm across with bright golden petals and deep brown centres. An impressive variety of Black Eyed Susan.
How to grow

Sow rudbeckia seed in punnets indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Use a good quality seed raising mix. Scatter seeds thinly and lightly cover with a fine layer of mix. Keep mix moist but not waterlogged. Place in a sunny spot. Seedlings will emerge in 7-14 days. Transplant into pots when seedlings have set some true leaves. Harden off and transplant outdoors into a well-prepared free draining soil after the last frost.
