Queen Fabiola

A Californian wildflower, this hardy bulb (corm) has found favour with Australian gardeners due to its reliable performance and extended flowering period. Also known as Ithuriel's Spear, the flowers open up one at a time, helping to extend the flowering season over several months. Suitable for naturalising, plant en masse for maximum impact in your garden. An excellent, long-lasting cut-flower. Drought tolerant.
How to grow

Queen Fabiola requires a well-drained soil in full sun or part shade. Plant around 4cm deep. Water regularly during the growing season, but allow to dry during dormancy.
