Freesia Diggers Mix
Native to South Africa, these highly fragrant corms are drought tolerant and best suited to full sun, although they will grow in part shade. Plant en masse for maximum impact. A popular cut flower.
How to grow
Plant pointy end upward at a depth of 5cm in autumn. Water at planting. Cut flowers for the vase or enjoy their perfume while out in the garden. Allow foliage to die down before digging corms up or leave in situ to flower the following year. NOTE: Some freesia varieties can become weedy in certain areas. Please avoid planting near bushland.
