Dwarf Apple 'Bramley's Seedling'

In much the same way that 'Granny Smith' has entered the folklore of Australia, so 'Bramley's Seedling' has a special place in the hearts of English apple devotees. Found in the yard of the local butcher's cottage, Mr Bramley, it has good keeping qualities coupled with a strong acidity and flavour. Ideal for pies. Pollinators 'Jonathan', 'Granny Smith', 'Cox's Orange Pippin' and 'Snow Apple'.
How to grow

Apples prefer full sun, cool winters (400-1,800 chilling hours) and reasonable drainage. Improve soils prior to planting. Pollinate with ‘Jonathan’ or ‘Granny Smith’.
