Take a taste tour of the Mediterranean in the heart of Adelaide.
Learn how to cure green and black olives as well as the importance of grain. Enjoy two tasting sessions as well as a glass of wine and take home a few delicious recipes to highlight the season and showcase your seasonal prowess.

Spend the morning learning about natural dyeing methods using the power of plants that will put the wow into your wardrobe.
Costa will teach you about the plants used to create natural dyes and Rebecca will teach you how to use their colours to dye your own compost scarf and plant petal tote bag! Includes morning tea.
