Strawberry 'Tarpan'
A mid-season strawberry with abundant flavour and fruit. As beautiful as it is delicious, ‘Tarpan’ is adorned for months on end with vibrant cerise flowers, which are followed by delicious bright red strawberries. This day-neutral variety fruits abundantly from early summer well into autumn. Perfect in pots and hanging baskets.
Fertilise strawberry plants in spring by mulching with compost or well-rotted manure. Plant in a mound to improve drainage and water regularly, especially during the growing and fruiting months and during hot, dry weather.. soil moist and cool. Water regularly during the growing season.
