With a complex aromatic flavour described as subtly spicy with a nutty pear-like finish, it’s best eaten fresh from the tree. Ripening from March to April, this is the benchmark mid season dessert apple for the home gardener. Pollinated by ‘Jonathan’, ‘Snow’ and ‘Rome Beauty’.
