Definitely the prettiest of all of our capsicums, ‘Diamond’ changes from white to yellow, then orange and red, but is edible at any colour. Sweet and prolific, the 7cm long fruits appear in profusion throughout the warmer months.

Capsicum 'Diamond'

Definitely the prettiest of all of our capsicums, changing from a warm creamy white to beautiful golden peach finally turning red when fully ripe. Grow with Sweet Chocolate or Purple Beauty and you will have all of the colours in the capsicum rainbow in just two plants!
How to grow

The capsicum family have a greater demand for heat than tomatoes, so in cooler areas start your capsicums indoors so that they can be planted outside as advanced seedlings after the risk of frost has passed. Choose a warm, sunny spot and cultivate it deeply adding dolomite to supply the capsicums need for calcium and magnesium. Regular harvesting improves the productivity and vigour of the plant. Piick th efruit using secateurs to avoid damaging the plant and wear gloves when harvesting chillies!
