Cauliflower 'Green Macerata'

Steam lightly to maintain colour when cooking or enjoy raw! Yields 1.4kg heads. We are always on the lookout for vegetables that look good in the garden as well as on the plate, and this one is a winner on both fronts.
Cauliflowers have similar needs to other brassicas, but are more demanding to grow. They insist on a pH of 6.5, plus they are also prone to clubroot, which makes the plant wither and turn yellow. Add lime to well manured soil and maintain moist growing conditions for the best results.
