Freesia refracta alba

An heirloom freesia most commonly known as Grandma's Freesia because it was grown in "her flower garden", and those of generations before. Still popular today because of its fragrance and suitability to most gardens, the creamy-white flowers are also popular as cut-flowers.
How to grow

Plant pointy end upward at a depth of 5cm in autumn. Water at planting. Cut flowers for the vase or enjoy their perfume while out in the garden. Allow foliage to die down before digging corms up or leave in situ to flower the following year. NOTE: Some freesia varieties can become weedy in certain areas. Please avoid planting near bushland.
