Kniphofia 'Green Jade'
Lime-green torches, fading to white at the base, are held above neat clumps of strap-like foliage from late spring through summer. Long flowering and attractive to birds for their nectar, kniphofias add a striking vertical accent in the garden and make great cut flowers for the vase.
Drought and frost hardy once established, cut back in winter to maintain a compact habit. Avoid wet or waterlogged soils, tolerant of dry spells once established. Flowers best in full sun.
