Originating from the coastline of Queensland and Northern New South Wales, this slow growing tree has a long life span of up to 450 years. Named after 19th century botanist, Allan Cunningham.

Hoop Pine
Thriving ten-year-old specimens give form and presence to our Diggers Preservation Garden as well as being a feature planting for the Sydney Olympics. A tall and slender native conifer for avenues and large gardens with a high timber value that could be a nest egg for your grandchildren. More “garden worthy” than it’s cousin the Norfolk Island Pine. Slow growth rate.
Plant in full sun. Thrives in subtropical climates, prefers moist soil.
