Gaillardia 'Burgundy'
Stunning cherry-burgundy flowers with yellow centres appear in profusion during summer to brighten any perennial border. Plant en masse in a patch for maximum impact. An excellent cut flower, popular with bees and other beneficial insects.
How to grow
Full sun, dry and heat tolerant once established. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering and divide every 2-3 years to maintain vigour. Poor soils and spring pruning assist in maintaining a compact habit. Dislikes wet feet and heavy clay soil.
