Dwarf Apple 'Ellison's Orange'
Rediscovered in a Ballarat backyard, The Diggers Club is the first nursery to offer this variety in the last 50 years. Tender juicy yellow flesh, with a unique hint of aniseed. Rich orange skin with underlying crimson and yellow stripes. First introduced in 1890 and awarded an UK RHS Award of Garden Merit in 1993. Grow a real piece of horticultural history. Partially self-fertile, but will crop heavier with Jonathan, Cox's Orange Pippin or Wild Granny.
