Organic Pest Control and Pest Repellent Plants

Sunday 4th March at 1.00pm

In this very popular workshop, Penny Woodward will teach you about experimenting and growing pest repellent plants in your home garden, as well as plants that attract predators into your garden.

Creating a diversity of insect life in your garden helps to eliminate the use of harmful chemicals to control potential pests and disease.

Once you have these beneficial plants in your garden, you can also use them to make your own organic sprays and oils to use at home.

Presented by Penny Woodward. Penny is a passionate organic gardener and 8 times published writer. She is Horticultural Editor for Organic Gardener magazine, is a regular panellist on 3CR community radio, and lives her passion of ‘all things garden’ through continual experimentation with the growing of useful and edible plants.
