Weeds have been used medicinally and as food for centuries by many cultures all around the world.

We all have them and can benefit from them, so come along and learn about 'what is a weed', the various categories from delicious and highly nutritious to questionably edible, their often querky benefits, and what tasty and interesting delights can be found as weeds in your own backyard.

You may actually be surprised by what is classed as a weed and what is not.
