In this workshop you’ll learn how incorporating nutritious cultured vegetables into your diet can help to improve and maintain your overall optimum health.

Robyn will demonstrate how to make a batch of fermented food, which you'll benefit from tasting, and gain the knowledge and confidence to then try fermenting at home yourself, with your home grown goodness.

Presented by Robyn Wight. Robyn is best described as the Head Fermentista at Ferment Frenzy. Robyn will share some of her favourite recipes at the workshop and together you will experiment with all things fermented as we set out on a journey of discovery and transformation.
