Diggers pioneered the revival of heirlooms in Australia and through this work, received five awards for our work and many accolades for the heirlooms listed here. While many are now a common sight at markets and ‘fruit & veg’ stores, they remain a vital link in the preservation work of seed savers not only in Australia, but around the world.
