Begin with a guided tour of this beautiful historic garden before dining from a late summer harvest menu created by well-known chef Ian Shankly.
Ian brings his extensive experience, passion for fine food, and creative skills together when choosing local and our garden produce for this very special night. Enjoy our wine selection with dinner and ask Ian about his cooking secrets.

Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced gardener there is something on offer and much to be gained for everyone from our new Digger's programme of "Learn to Garden" monthly events at Heronswood and St Erth. These events focus on a wide range of essential gardening topics, techniques and skills, as well as focusing on specific plants and tasks to suit the season. Through inspiring and insightful garden walks and talks, practical demonstrations and workshops, gardening skills and knowledge will be yours from our experts on the fourth Sunday of each month at 11.00am.
